Our February faves!

Ellie's Favourites

So my first favourite from February is this money tin. Abby actually gave it to me as a present for Christmas and I love it! I really like how the only way you can get into it is by using a tin opener, however I'm sort of gutted about having to ruin it soon enough... Haha! I love the design of it, it makes me really excited for my future travels and gives me more motivation to save money, which is a bonus!

My next favourite is this tshirt! I honestly think it's so fitting to me, haha! I remember seeing it on tumblr a few years ago and just finding it hilarious, so now I'm pretty happy that I found one for myself. It's from Etsy and I think it was just over £10 which I think is really good! It's great quality as well and super soft and comfy.

My next February favourite is my new watch! I love it so much. It was around £6 from eBay which I think is a bargain! It's really good quality considering the price and I have not taken it off since I bought it! I think the map in the background of it is so pretty. As you may know by now I do have a slight obsession for things with world maps on hahahaha.

Now my next favourite is the Benefit "they're real!" mascara. I used to use this religiously about a year ago and loved it, but it ran out and I never got round to getting a new one, I just bought different brands from Superdrug etc. I actually bought a packet of 2 from Dubai duty free, and it turns out I payed the equivalent of 1 (about £20), so even better! It's so worth the money. It makes my eyelashes look so long and it separates them really well instead of making them look like spiders legs... Haha! I definitely recommend trying this, it's one of my favourite products!

And last but not least... This cute little koala speaker! I actually got this as a present from my sister in Australia when we had our "second christmas" so I'm not sure where it's from, but oh my god. I love it so much! You can use it portably or not so that's really handy. It's quite small as well so easy to carry if you ever wanted to take it out. It's so cute!

Abby's favourites

So I've been desperate for some thigh high boots all winter but wasn't sure how comfy they would be, or what to wear them with. When I saw this pair on eBay for half of the price of the ones I'd previously seen I couldn't resist! They were only £30!

I really wanted a moisturiser to use with my jackie oats colour supplement from lush, and when I saw this Nivea day cream designed specifically for your face and helping oily skin I had to buy it, the fact it was £3 was brilliant aswell. I've been using it every day since I bought it and I don't think I can ever live without it now.

Harem trousers are something I've always thought looked so comfy and I simply loved how effortlessly cool they were, but living in Birmingham I doubt I'll ever leave the house in them! I can't wait to wear them on the beach in the summer and they were only £9 from Camden so you can't really go wrong. They have soooo many designs and patterns I really do want them all!

I finally bought a fitted leather jacket yaaay! So when I say fitted I mean it isn't a vintage men's one like my others, so it isn't as long and bulky which will be so much better for summer. I can't believe how long it's taken me to buy such a simple wardrobe must have, but it was only £45 from asos, which is rather cheap compared to some others I've looked at (just like my boots) it's great to wear for nights out as the pockets hold quite a bit and I don't need to take a bag then, which I hate!

London

I thought I would share a few photos from my recent trip to London to see my girlfriend over valentines, I do adore London (despite hating the massive crowds) the buildings, shops, food and everything is just 100x more interesting than anything in Birmingham, I mean come on... they have Laduree!

The salted caramel macarons have become my new favourite!
